So last night after Mom and I put Kiyan to bed we decided to go out! I wanted Mom to have a fun night in Los Angeles. We decided to go to an event I was invited to. It was the grand opening of Katsuya LA Live. Katsuya is a great sushi restaurant that I go to often and now they opened one in downtown LA. The event was put on by Derek Fisher of the L.A. Lakers and it was benefiting After School All-Stars, after school programs that help kids succeed in school and life. So not only did we have fun but it was all for a good cause. Much love to everyone I saw there including Derek Fisher, Diedre, Kiyah, Amy, Nikki Chu, Everly, Juicy J, and of course MOM! We had a blast!
First day of school! Wow it was so exciting! I think more for me than him. LOL. Kiyan's only two but I thought it was a perfect time to get him in a school setting to socialize, learn to share, communicate better, and things like that. I stayed with him the whole time since it was his first day. Believe me he was not paying me any attention! He got so comfortable he took his clothes off outside! Too funny. I know alot of you parents out there can relate to this moment. and NO I didnt cry! LOL..Mel keeps saying this isn't REAL school since he's so young but it felt super real to me!
